TRUST AND SAFETY

Protect the customer, the shipment, and the relationship.

Commercial buyers need to know how Shipr handles screening, proof, and accountability—not just booking speed.

Trust and safety details

Driver screening

Background and motor-vehicle-record checks before activation.

Identity verification

Provider-led identity and license verification is planned for a later release and is not connected in the current beta.

Verification evidence

Historical application files are read-only. Planned provider-led flows will handle new identity, license, insurance, and vehicle evidence rather than Shipr uploads.

Shipment controls

Prohibited-item rules, declared-value process, and a path for lost or damaged package claims.

Operational proof

GPS timestamps, pickup confirmation, delivery confirmation, and photo or signature options when captured.

Support and accountability

Clear cancellation, deactivation, dispute, and appeals processes.

FOR DRIVERS

Earn on real local business routes.

Shipr connects independent drivers with businesses that need dependable local and regional deliveries—not random consumer errands.

  • Choose work that fits your vehicle and schedule
  • Accept public broadcasts or direct offers from businesses that prefer you
  • Complete background and motor-vehicle-record checks before activation
  • Keep license and insurance documentation current to stay eligible

LOCAL ROOTS

Built in Warsaw, Indiana—around real operational needs.

Shipr is being built in Warsaw, Indiana, by a young founder who saw businesses relying on employees, phone calls, disconnected couriers, and manual processes to complete urgent deliveries. The company is starting locally, listening closely to customers, and building a scalable logistics platform around real operational needs.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Straight answers before you request a demo.

Clear boundaries matter during beta—what Shipr is, who founding access is for, and what is still ahead.

What is Shipr?

Shipr is business logistics software—not a consumer delivery app. Companies use it to schedule, dispatch, track, manage, and analyze local and regional deliveries from one platform.

Who is the Founding Partner program for?

Five local businesses and five founding drivers. Partners get free beta access, direct founder support, and a chance to shape the platform before public launch.

How do preferred drivers work?

Your organization can privately star drivers you want to work with again and offer them routes first. Every direct offer still requires the driver to accept.

What do drivers need before they can go active?

Drivers complete the screening and onboarding requirements currently enabled for the beta, including background and motor-vehicle-record checks. Provider-led identity, license, insurance, and vehicle verification is planned and not yet connected.

Are membership prices published yet?

No paid membership is currently offered. Shipr bills deliveries individually during beta, and Founding Partners receive free beta access. Any future recurring plan will be presented with its full price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method before enrollment.

Is everything on the roadmap available today?

No. Capabilities labeled upcoming—such as AI-assisted dispatch, ERP integrations, and advanced analytics—are planned next steps, not current product claims.
